Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Lead
Reporting to the CIO, you’ll oversee vital departments: ICT Governance & Compliance, Contracts/Vendors/Budget, Project Management Office (PMO) & Agile Competency Center, and Chief Data Office (CDO). Here’s a breakdown of your principal duties:

Governance and Policy Framework: Build and monitor ICT frameworks aligned with COBIT/ITIL/ISO. Define KPIs, dashboards, and policies to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Budgeting, Contracts, and Vendors: Manage financial planning, procurement, SLAs, and reporting in sync with INTERPOL’s Finance Directorate.
