The programme runs from March 16 to June 19, 2026, and successful graduates are offered full-time employment contracts as Junior Associates at Resilience Technologies, with employment starting June 29, 2026.

It is also paid. Every trainee receives a monthly stipend of ₦150,000, paid at the end of each month — making this a fully compensated experience with no fees or costs to the trainee.

The Three Tracks
