About the Opportunity

Cadne Skin is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our founder. This hybrid role combines strategic coordination, creative project management, and operational excellence within Nigeria’s thriving beauty and skincare industry.

Ideal for organized professionals passionate about beauty entrepreneurship, this position offers direct exposure to brand building, executive operations, and the dynamic world of skincare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Coordinate founder’s daily schedule, appointments, and strategic time blocks
  • Manage meeting logistics, photoshoot schedules, and event coordination
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries

Administrative & Project Support

  • Create presentation decks, briefing documents, and meeting summaries
  • Maintain task management systems using Notion, Trello, or Google Workspace
  • Track deliverables across personal and professional projects
  • Handle confidential correspondence and stakeholder communications

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate errands, courier services, and vendor relationships
  • Support event planning for brand activations and launches
  • Assist with administrative needs across personal and business matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Competencies:

  • 2+ years administrative assistant or executive support experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana)
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
